Siladoc · Healthcare · YMYL

A healthcare directory nobody could find.

Siladoc is a francophone MENA directory with hundreds of doctors listed across multiple specialties and cities — and, at the start of the 2024–2025 engagement, almost no organic search visibility to show for it.

The challenge

Infrastructure without intent.

Siladoc had established infrastructure — hundreds of doctors listed across multiple specialties and cities — yet generated minimal organic search visibility.

The site simply was not structured to capture how patients actually search for medical services: with specific, geographically-anchored queries like “Cardiologist in Casablanca” or “Diabetes specialist near me.”

Why it was hard

A YMYL market.

Healthcare sits squarely in Your Money or Your Life territory. Search engines apply a higher evidentiary bar to this content, which means E-E-A-T compliance is not a finishing touch — it is a precondition for ranking at all.

Every template, every profile, and every condition page had to earn its place rather than pad an index.

The approach

Six phases, run in sequence.

The engagement deployed the Visibility layer of the OAS framework. Each phase depended on the one before it — no step ran early.

01

Technical foundation repair

Crawl efficiency, indexability, and Core Web Vitals brought to a state where new pages could actually be discovered and served.

02

Keyword architecture

Mapping the specialty × city × condition intersections that mirror how patients phrase real medical searches.

03

Specialty + city templates

A templated page system covering the mapped intersections at scale, without collapsing into thin duplicates.

04

Condition-focused content

Condition pages calibrated for E-E-A-T compliance, meeting the evidentiary standard a regulated health vertical demands.

05

Profile differentiation

Doctor profiles restructured so search engines treat each as a distinct entity rather than duplicate boilerplate.

06

Internal linking flywheel

Authority distributed deliberately through the site so newly published pages inherit standing instead of starting cold.

The result

5,000 to 62,000 monthly organic clicks.

A 12× increase in monthly organic clicks across the 2024–2025 engagement window — achieved with no paid advertising at any point.

  • Organic clicks grew from 5,000 to 62,000 per month
  • 140,000 organic clicks across a three-month window
  • 0% ad dependency — 100% organic acquisition
  • Growth held in a YMYL regulated sector

Same problem?

Directories, marketplaces, regulated niches.

If you have the inventory but not the visibility, the gap is usually architectural. A 30-minute call is enough to tell you which layer is failing.
